These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the website LifetimePills.com and any purchase you make through it. Please read them carefully. They form a legally binding agreement between you and the business identified.

1. Who You Are Contracting With

LifetimePills.com is a trading website owned and operated by CREATOR EXPORTS MEDICARE, a proprietorship firm registered in India. In these Terms, “we“, “us” and “our” mean CREATOR EXPORTS MEDICARE. “You” means the person accessing the website or placing an order.

Our licensing details and the government portals on which they can be independently verified are published on our About Us page.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies incorporated into them by reference, namely our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Method page and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or place an order. Where these Terms conflict with a specific policy page, these Terms prevail unless the policy page expressly states otherwise.

3. Eligibility

To place an order you must confirm that all of the following are true:

You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You are ordering for your own personal use, or for a person for whom you are lawfully responsible, and not for resale.
You are lawfully permitted to purchase, import and possess the products you are ordering in the country to which they will be delivered.
The payment method you use belongs to you or you are authorised to use it.

We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met, and we may request evidence of age or identity before dispatch.

4. The Nature of Our Business and the Scope of Our Licence

We hold a wholesale drug licence in Form 20B under Rule 61(1) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. That licence authorises us to sell, stock, exhibit or offer for sale, and distribute by wholesale, drugs other than those specified in Schedules C, C(1) and X of those Rules.

We are licensed and regulated in India. We are not registered with, licensed by or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, the European Medicines Agency, Health Canada, the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration or any other foreign medicines regulator, and nothing on this website should be read as a claim that we are.

5. Products We Do Not Supply

We do not supply, and will not accept orders for, any of the following:

Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, including benzodiazepines and any substance controlled under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
Schedule X drugs under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
Schedule C and C(1) products, such as sera, vaccines and other biological products.
Cold-chain products requiring storage between 2°C and 8°C.

Any order placed for such products will be rejected and refunded. Attempts to obtain controlled substances through this website may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Prescription Medicines

Many of the products listed on this website are prescription-only medicines in India and in most other countries.

By ordering a prescription-only medicine you represent that you hold a valid, current prescription for that medicine, issued to you by a doctor or other prescriber licensed to practise in your country.
You agree to provide a copy of that prescription on request, and you agree that we may refuse or cancel your order if you do not.
We may refuse any order where the prescription appears expired, altered, incomplete or otherwise irregular, or where the quantity ordered is inconsistent with normal personal use.
We do not issue prescriptions, we do not operate a prescribing service, and we do not arrange consultations with prescribers.

Submitting a false, forged or altered prescription is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions. We reserve the right to refuse service permanently and to retain records of any such attempt.

7. No Medical Advice

Information published on this website, including product descriptions, articles and answers to frequently asked questions, is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a recommendation that any particular medicine is suitable for you.

Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing any medicine. Never use this website in a medical emergency. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

8. Product Information, Packaging and Appearance

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. However:

Product images are illustrative. The brand name, manufacturer, tablet appearance, colour, imprint and packaging you receive may differ from the images shown, because generic medicines are produced by multiple licensed manufacturers and our stock varies.
The active ingredient, strength and dosage form will match what you ordered. If we cannot supply the exact strength or form ordered, we will contact you before dispatch.
Inactive ingredients (excipients) may differ between manufacturers. If you have a known excipient allergy, tell us before ordering and consult your pharmacist.
Patient information leaflets supplied with a product are those approved in India and may differ from the leaflet approved in your country.

9. Orders and When a Contract Is Formed

Product listings are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer to sell. Your order is an offer to buy.

An automated acknowledgement of your order does not create a contract.
A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation for the products in question.
We may decline any order, in whole or in part, before dispatch. Common reasons include unavailability of stock, a pricing or description error, failure to meet the eligibility or prescription conditions above, a destination we cannot lawfully ship to, or suspected fraud. Where we decline an order for which you have already paid, we will refund the amount received for the declined items.

10. Prices, Currency, Taxes and Duties

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout.
Shipping is charged at a flat US$12.99 worldwide, and is free on orders over US$100, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you to confirm or cancel the order before dispatch.
Any import duties, customs charges, handling fees, clearance fees or local taxes levied in the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.
Where you pay in a currency other than USD, your bank or exchange provider sets the conversion rate and may add fees. We have no control over those rates or fees.

11. Payment

Payment is required in full before dispatch. As set out on our Payment Method page, we currently accept:

Bank transfer (USD and other bank-to-bank transfers)
Cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin and other supported currencies

We do not currently accept credit or debit cards, because card issuers generally do not permit online pharmacy transactions. We do not accept cash or cash on delivery under any circumstances.

11.1 Protect yourself against payment fraud

Please read this carefully. Payment details are a common target for impersonation fraud.

We will only ever send payment instructions from an @lifetimepills.com email address.
If you receive a message that appears to come from us but gives different bank or wallet details from those in your original order confirmation, do not pay. Contact us first at info@lifetimepills.com to verify.
We will never ask you to pay into a personal account belonging to an individual, nor ask for your card PIN, online banking password or wallet seed phrase.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Indicative delivery times are 7 to 14 days within the USA and 10 to 21 days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude time held in customs.
Shipments are dispatched via India Post or another carrier of our choosing. A tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch; if you have not received one within 5 business days, contact us.
Orders are sent in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to the product, any medical condition or the LifetimePills.com brand.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, and re-dispatch in those circumstances is chargeable.

13. Importation, Customs and Seizure

This clause is important. Please do not skip it.

Medicines that may lawfully be sold in India are not necessarily lawful to import into your country. Many countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and members of the European Union, restrict or prohibit the personal importation of prescription medicines. Customs authorities may open, detain, seize, destroy or return a shipment, and may correspond with you about it.

You are the importer. It is your responsibility to establish, before you order, whether you may lawfully receive the products in your country. We cannot advise you on the law of your country.
Where a shipment is seized, detained, destroyed or refused entry by a customs or regulatory authority, that is not a failure of delivery on our part, and no refund or replacement is due under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Where a shipment is genuinely lost in transit — as distinct from seized — you may claim a refund or replacement. For this purpose we will treat a parcel as lost if it has not been delivered within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation and tracking does not show it held by customs.
If you are in any doubt about whether you may lawfully receive a product, please do not order it.

14. Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. Email info@lifetimepills.com with your order ID, the email address used for the purchase and the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond to cancellation requests within 24 hours.

Because orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, an order may be dispatched before the 24-hour window expires. Once dispatched, or once a prescription medicine has been dispensed and packed, an order cannot be cancelled. Requests to change an address, quantity or product are also subject to the 24-hour window. See our Cancellation Policy.

15. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines cannot be returned once they have been dispatched. This is standard practice for pharmaceutical supply and exists because we cannot verify the storage conditions of a product that has left our control.

We will provide a refund or a free replacement where:

the product arrives damaged or defective;
the wrong item, strength or quantity was sent; or
the order is lost in transit (see clause 13).

Claims for damaged, defective or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (subject to clause 11.2 for cryptocurrency) and typically take 5 to 10 business days to reach you.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, for ordering the wrong product, for medicines that have been used, or where delivery failed because of an address you supplied incorrectly. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

16. Product Quality Concerns, Adverse Reactions and Recalls

Your safety matters more to us than any individual order.

If you experience a suspected adverse reaction to a medicine supplied by us, seek medical attention first. Then please tell us at info@lifetimepills.com, quoting the product name, the batch number and expiry date printed on the pack, and a description of what happened.
If you suspect a product is not genuine, or the packaging appears tampered with, stop using it immediately and contact us with photographs. We will investigate and, where appropriate, notify our supplier and the licensing authority.
Recalls. If a manufacturer or regulator recalls a batch we have supplied, we will use our order records to contact affected customers at the email address given at checkout, and will replace or refund the affected product. Please keep your contact details up to date for this reason.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to contact us before seeking medical help.

17. Your Account and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms.

18. Privacy and Health Information

Information you give us when ordering — including any prescription, medical condition or medicine you tell us about — is sensitive personal information. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

We do not sell your personal or health information. We share it only with parties who need it to fulfil your order, such as carriers and payment providers, or where we are required to by law.

19. Acceptable Use

You must not use this website to: break any applicable law; obtain medicines you are not lawfully entitled to; submit false, forged or altered prescriptions; resell or re-supply medicines purchased from us; impersonate another person; submit false refund or chargeback claims; introduce malware; scrape, copy or systematically extract our content; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

20. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos and software, is owned by CREATOR EXPORTS MEDICARE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission.

Brand names and trade marks of medicine manufacturers appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products concerned. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.

21. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party sites, including government verification portals and health information sources. We provide those links for convenience and do not control or endorse their content. Following an external link is at your own risk.

22. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current for every country.

Availability of products varies and is subject to change without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer to supply a medicine in a country where doing so, or receiving it, would be unlawful.

23. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, penalty or reasonable cost we incur arising from your breach of these Terms, in particular from your importing or attempting to import a product in breach of the law of your country, or from your supplying false information or a false prescription.

24. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, failures of postal or carrier networks, suspension of international mail, banking or exchange restrictions, changes in law, or acts of government or customs authorities.

25. Complaints and Grievance Redressal

If something has gone wrong, please tell us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and aim to resolve it within one month. Please include your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate without delay.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with any order, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

You remain responsible for complying with the laws of your own country in relation to ordering, importing and possessing medicines.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, identified by the effective date and version number at the top. The Terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you place it; later changes do not apply retrospectively. Your continued use of the website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

28. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
No waiver. A delay or failure by us to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign ours on notice, for example on a transfer of the business.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies referenced in clause 2 constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your use of the website and your orders.
Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience; the English version prevails.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
